Engagement Ring Lifetime Warranty
You can have peace of mind when you purchase your wedding ring from S.E. Needham Jewelers.
We ensure satisfaction of your purchase by providing a free lifetime warranty, guaranteeing the quality of your diamond and wedding ring. This warranty covers the loss of any diamond, in the ring, including the center stone. It also covers any necessary repairs that could arise due to defects in craftsmanship, however this warranty does not cover required gold work resulting from every day wear (i.e. re-tipping, re-shanking, resizing, etc.). However, you will receive 50% off the regular price of any such repair performed in our store throughout the life of the ring.
This is a renewable warranty in which you must come into the store every 6 months to have the ring inspected. We will gladly clean and polish your ring free of charge at this time as well. The inspection will be noted on our computer system and kept on record in our store. If you move out of the area, you can continue the semi-annual inspection with any reputable jeweler within your location. Please use the **warranty signature document**(link to pdf) to acquire the signature of the employee who performed the inspection, the condition of the ring, and the date of the inspection. If gold work is necessary, the warranty is not valid until such work is completed, at which time the condition of the ring must be documented.
Warranty is renewable in 6 months increments with documentation of that inspection and completion of all necessary repairs or the warranty is void. Buyer’s exclusive remedy for claim of warranty shall be replacement, repair, or credit at S.E. Needham Jeweler’s option. This warranty covers all claims on loss of gems up to and not exceeding $4000. S.E. Needham Jewelers specifically disclaims all liability for incidental or consequential damages. Warranty does not include replacement due to loss and theft of ring.
When work is necessary on the ring, either bring it to us or mail it registered and insured to
